We mill small batches of nutrient dense flour from organic grains. We never use preservatives, dyes, or additives. Our gluten free baked goods are moist and firm. We never use highly processed fillers like tapioca starch, or thickeners like xanthum gum. Snack N joy is all about GOOD gluten free goods, because being gluten free should be something to enjoy.

A few words from Aimee the Baker:

Both baking and health-conscious foods have been a passion of mine for decades. For nearly thirty years I’ve been tinkering in the kitchen with different types of flour and after all that time, I’ve found I’d rather mill my own.

I first started milling my own flour about ten years ago. I’d been studying the science and bio-chemistry of the body and realized that most “wheat” was actually quite unhealthy. With this revelation, I decided to leave white flour behind.

Through trial and error, I discovered and perfected a blend of nutrient dense grains which yielded the most delicious and nutritious treats.

Over the years, as more and more information came to light on the dangers of GMOs, my switch to purely organic and farm-to-table eating became inevitable.

All of the dairy I use in my baking comes exclusively from grass fed cows, not treated with rBST. I use only organic grains to mill my gluten-free flour and I never use preservatives or fillers of any kind.

It’s important to me to offer tasty baked goods, but health and well-being of everyone I bake for is always a top priority.
